Bennett Aerospace, Inc. has an opening for a highly motivated Program Analyst IV in support of a Federal Law Enforcement client located in Washington, DC Area.  The successful candidate will support all professional and technical services to the law enforcement unit.  In addition, the successful candidate will report directly and responsively to the Bennett Aerospace Program Manager on all immediate project work.

 

Job Description:

 

A qualified Program Analyst IV conducts comprehensive research and analysis in support of rule development, budget planning, acquisition planning, resource allocation, and workforce planning.  The successful candidate will have a strong  background concentrated in Human Resosurces Management.

Responsibilities

Duties may include providing administrative support as follows:

  • Conducts in-depth analysis of a wide variety of sources, studies and/or audits as established/planned in the program requirements;
  • Conducts trend analysis and reporting providing well-reasoned recommendations to management;
  • Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements and performance measures;
  • Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with other sections and offices;
  • Evaluates, monitors, and reports performance against plans to ensure guidelines meet appropriate procedures and policies;
  • Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must have 4 years of relevant experience preferrably in a Human Resource environment.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.
  • Solid database and data analyst skills required.

Abilities and Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to details.
  • Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment.
