Bennett AerospaceInc. has an *immediate* opening for a highly motivated Deputy Program Director in support of a Federal Law Enforcement client located in Washington, DC.  The successful candidate will provide assistance to the Program Director in the overall direction, management, and supervision of employees under the law enforcement unit’s information technology program.  


Job Description:


Reporting directly to the Program Director, this position will act as liaison between the Program Director and program staff. The candidate must have experience in all segments of Project Management and ten (10) years of supervisory experience in information technology development, assessment and implementation projects.

Duties may include as follows:

  • Provide effective document review, data analysis, on-line data entry support, and recommended revisions to user documentation in order to maintain the efficient and effective completion of all tasks assigned. 
  • Represent the Program Director on technical performance matters, as directed, including changes to software processing, production, error rates, disposition of files, attendance, policy, and procedural matters. 
  • Be responsible for implementation of all quality control policies, plans, and procedures. 


Job Requirements:


 Education and Experience:

  • Must have a 4-year college degree
  • 10 years of supervisory management experience in information technology development, assessment, and implementation projects, including web-based systems, customer service operations, and administrative support personnel functions. 

Abilities and Skills:

  • Demonstrated strength and skills in written and oral communication
  • Self-motivated with minimal oversight

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance or higher OR
  • Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance or higher (must be a U.S. Citizen)


Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.

  • Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation
  • Successful Pass of Department of Defense Security Clearance
