Bennett AerospaceInc. has an *immediate* opening for a highly motivated Financial Operations Manager in support of a Federal Law Enforcement client located in Washington, DC.  


Job Description:


The Financial Operations Manager will oversee fee processing (to include the collection, deposit, and refunding of application fees paid by check, money order, or credit card), data entry, document management, and mail processing.

Duties may include as follows:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative direction of contractor personnel in specific task areas within fee processing, data entry, document management, and mail processing.
  • Assignment of staff personnel in accordance with workflow requirements.
  • Establishment or improvement of procedures and controls, where necessary, to ensure that all services meet schedules and production standards.


Job Requirements:


 Education and Experience:

  • Must have a BS degree in Accounting, Mathematics, or related discipline OR minimum of 5 years of work experience including 4 years of experience in a financial operations setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of task management and supervision for financial systems and procedures, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures and projects.

Abilities and Skills:

  • Skilled in oral and written communications and be able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance or higher (must be a U.S. Citizen)

  • Successful Pass of Department of Defense Security Clearance
