Bennett Aerospace, Inc. has an *immediate* opening for a highly motivated Community Outreach-Drug Prevention Education/Subject Matter Expert II in support of a Federal Law Enforcement client located in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to support the Diversion Program Managers (DPM’s) outreach and education initiatives. The contractor will research, analyze, plan, organize, coordinate, and implement initiatives to facilitate awareness of prescription drug trafficking, abuse, and outreach programs within the field division’s area of responsibility which includes the Medical and the Pharnaceutical community. In addition, the successful candidate will report directly and responsively to the Bennett Aerospace Program Manager on all immediate project work.
A qualified Community Outreach-Drug Prevention Education/Subject Matter Expert II will work independently provide support as required by the DPMS as they conduct increasingly more outreach to establish and maintain liaison and working relationships with other federal agencies; foreign, state, and local governments; industry and associations; community organizations; and the regulated community. Outreach is critical to increase awareness of the prescription drug problem and its recent link to increases in other drugs of abuse, ensure understanding of and compliance with the Controlled Substances Act and applicable policies and regulations, and reduce the likelihood of diversion. This individual will provide management with expert scholarly advice, and consultation to projects and professional co-workers in furtherance of the agency’s mission.
