    Bennett AerospaceInc. has an *immediate* opening for a highly motivated On Site Supervisor in support of Bennett’s Army clients in the White Sands Missile Range, NM area. The successful candidate will support program execution requirements, general administrative support services, and contract personnel.

    Duties may include:

    • Assists the Program Manager on overall management of the contract and with the supervision for all Contractor personnel.
    • Assists the Program Manager with regularly scheduled meetings with Government contracting office leadership and associated personnel.
    • Demonstrates understanding of Government technical requirements in communication with Army leadership and the Contracting Officer Representative.
    • Assists the Program Manager with the supervision and evaluation of Contractor personnel performance.
    • Ensures all work performed is of the highest quality and meets requirements within the funding, timing, and staffing restraints of the contract.
    • Works closely with the Program Manager and specified personnel to help facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner.
    • Responds to inquiries within 24 hours (or less) and has emergency contact information available to the COR at all times.




    • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited school. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MS) is preferred.

     Experience and Training:

    • A minimum of eight (8) years of proven supervisory experience
    • At least two (2) years of experience providing supervision, direction, and management of multiple personnel in several of the following areas: Program Management, Administration, Technical Support, Security, Financial Management, Logistics, Technical Publications, Technical Library and Graphic/Audio Visual. 
    • Must have an active Program Management Institute - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a Defense Acquisition University (DAU) DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management.
    • Must have relevant experience working with the US Army and the complex administrative and operational requirements associated with appropriately supervising contractor personnel mixed with Government personnel. 

    Abilities and Skills:

    • Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills to support leadership, management, negotiation and problem-solving functions of this role. 
    • Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients and customers.
    • Knowledge of organizational and management practices related to the analysis and evaluation of project programs, policies, and operational needs.
    • Demonstrated experience with program budget preparation and control.
    • Knowledge of principles and practices of administration and supervision and applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures.

    Security Requirements:

    • Must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance (or higher).
    • Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
    • Applicants must be a US Citizen.
    • Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation
    • Applicants must receive "cleared status" from our Federal Government client for allowance to work on site.
